Sound Heart Clinic - Patient Management System

Sound Heart Clinic is a professional clinic management system developed by AKKAD for Dr. Ahmed Q. Alhaideri to organize and digitize daily operations inside the cardiology clinic.

The system provides a complete dashboard for managing patients, visits, medical history, clinical notes, examinations, laboratory tests, medications, risk factors, associated diseases, ECG templates, echo forms, and printable medical reports.

The main dashboard gives the clinic team a clear overview of daily activity, including total patients, today’s visits, waiting patients, completed visits, and the latest registered patients. It also includes a fast search bar that allows the staff to find patients by name, phone number, or Sound Heart ID.

The patient management section allows the clinic to register new patients, view patient profiles, edit patient data, create visits, open medical files, and manage each patient’s visit history. Every patient receives a unique Sound Heart ID, making the process of searching, tracking, and organizing files easier.

The visit management module includes structured medical tabs such as current visit, vital signs, examinations, workup, treatment and management, and notes. Doctors can document the reason for visit, chief complaint, duration, history notes, clinical examination, and follow-up information in one organized interface.

The system also includes a laboratory test management module where the clinic can create test groups, add lab values, set normal ranges, units, and activate or deactivate available tests. This makes medical documentation faster and more consistent.

Sound Heart Clinic includes a medication library that allows the clinic to store commonly used medications with scientific names, commercial names, default dosages, frequency, and medication categories. This helps the doctor prepare prescriptions more efficiently.

The system also supports risk factor management, allowing the clinic to define and manage cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, family history, dyslipidemia, obesity, and sedentary lifestyle.

One of the important features is the printable report and echo template system. The clinic can generate professional medical forms and print reports with patient information, doctor branding, clinical notes, cardiac measurements, comments, and structured medical fields.

The system was designed with a clean Arabic-first interface, modern dashboard cards, clear side navigation, bilingual medical labels, and organized sections suitable for real clinic workflows.
