Rasad is a professional employee attendance and payroll management application developed by AKKAD to help companies manage daily employee operations in a faster, clearer, and more accurate way.

The application allows employees to view their current salary, remaining paid and unpaid leave balance, available time permission balance, attendance records, salary history, leave history, and loan records. Employees can also submit leave requests, time permission requests, and loan requests directly from the mobile app.

Rasad is designed to simplify HR and attendance operations by combining employee self-service features with accurate tracking of attendance, check-in and check-out logs, salary additions, deductions, and administrative requests.

The app supports paid leave and unpaid leave requests, time permission requests with start and end times, loan requests with installment months, and detailed records for salaries, attendance, and leave history. Each request is submitted in a clear form with dates, reasons, notes, and status tracking.

Rasad also includes attendance and check-out history, showing each employee’s check-in and check-out events with date, time, fingerprint reference, and notes. The salary log displays salary additions and deductions with detailed explanations, making payroll tracking more transparent for both employees and management.

The interface was designed with a clean Arabic-first experience, using a calm blue identity, rounded cards, simple navigation, and clear action buttons. The system is suitable for companies, shops, offices, and organizations that need an organized digital solution for employee attendance and payroll management.
