AKKAD SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for our software development services.

Custom Development Services

Due to the custom nature of software development:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover initial planning and resource allocation
• Refunds for milestone payments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Work completed and delivered is generally not eligible for refund

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project:

• Provide written notice as soon as possible
• Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion
