Services

AKKAD SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, API integrations, and related consulting services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Providing necessary access and resources
• Payment of fees as agreed

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include milestone-based payments with deposits required before work commences.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
